Prepare monthly rental payments to landlords and value-add by providing analytic insights to anomalies and variances.
Collaborate with Portfolio Planning team to derive accurate and timely NOC cost to allocate to Business and Support units in DBS.
Responsible for deriving the NOC rates for Office and Retail branches, inclusive of coordinating Portfolio Planning and CBRE teams during budget cycle.
Assist in investigating queries and issues relating to NOC and Rental payments.
Participate actively in the re-design of NOC process, clearly defining the Occupancy chargeback methodology.
