Job Opportunity: HVAC Engineer
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing HVAC systems for new builds and renovations. This includes overseeing installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of these systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Design and implement HVAC systems for new builds and renovations
  • Oversight of installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
  • Collaboration with authorities, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure compliance and safety
  • Assistance in preparing progress claims and variation orders
  • Tracking and managing project costs
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A diploma or degree in mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the HVAC field
  • Knowledge of HVAC calculations, including heat load, pump sizing, chilled water systems, and chiller configuration
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
