Finance Senior Executive .
Responsibilities:
Process Expense Sheets and ensure timely submission and approval for finance.
Prepare expense sheets for monthly payroll disbursement.
Perform quarterly AP SOA reconciliations.
Follow up on outstanding AP invoice matters.
Post vendors’ invoices into the correct general ledger.
Prepare monthly Budget Vs Actual expenditure reports.
Propose and update vendors’ payments.
Assist in responding to vendor and internal service line inquiries regarding payments.
Support month-end and year-end closing, quarterly GST returns, and audits.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or higher education qualification.
At least 3 years of relevant experience, especially in processing AP invoices and handling
