Complete assigned review tasks efficiently and effectively within established timelines, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail throughout each project cycle. Perform ongoing continuous assurance activities on selected review areas, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement to strengthen organisational robustness. Prepare clear, concise, and timely reports detailing review findings, ensuring all identified issues are followed up appropriately until satisfactory resolution is achieved. Communicate professionally with relevant business lines and functional units to clarify issues uncovered during reviews, fostering positive relationships built on trust and mutual understanding. Support the Team Lead by assisting in the preparation of periodic management updates, contributing valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making. Stay abreast of evolving regulations and standards within the banking and financial services industry to ensure all assurance activities reflect current best practices. What you bring: To excel as a Quality Assurance Analyst in this environment, you will bring proven experience from similar roles within banking or financial services where you have developed expertise in evaluating controls and ensuring compliance. Your background should include hands-on involvement in audit planning, process assessment, and report writing-skills which enable you to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines. In addition to technical know-how, your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams will be essential as you clarify issues and share insights that drive improvements. Demonstrated experience in quality assurance or internal audit roles within the banking or financial services sector, showcasing your ability to independently execute reviews from planning through reporting stages. A solid understanding of risk management principles, control evaluation techniques, and regulatory requirements relevant to financial institutions operating in Singapore. Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, enabling you to identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, allowing you to present complex findings clearly and build rapport with stakeholders across multiple business functions. Proven track record of managing multiple assignments simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines without compromising quality or accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills characterised by empathy, dependability, and a collaborative approach when working within teams or engaging with other departments. A commitment to ongoing professional development demonstrated by staying updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to quality assurance activities. Experience supporting team leads or managers in preparing management reports or updates is highly desirable.
