Executive Business Partner to CEO

Our client is seeking a dynamic and tech‐savvy Executive Business Partner to support the CEO across operations, strategic initiatives, research, and communication. This is a high‐impact role designed for someone who moves beyond traditional administrative support and can operate as a capable extension of the CEO — ensuring clarity, momentum, and structured execution across priorities. The ideal candidate is proactive, intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning and applying new technologies including AI tools. This role suits someone who enjoys a blend of executive support, project coordination, research, and light marketing communication work. Executive Business Partner (EBP) to CEO Location: Singapore Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer Experience: 3–5 years Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO's calendar, priorities, correspondence, and daily flow of activities. Track action items and ensure timely execution across stakeholders. Prepare briefing materials, meeting notes, follow-ups, and decision summaries. Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address issues before they escalat Technology & AI Adoption Introduce and implement tools (productivity, workflow, automation, dashboards, AI apps) to streamline the CEO's operations. Maintain simple dashboards or templates to track KPIs, pipeline, or project progress. Support technology evaluations and coordinate with vendors when required. Research & Insight Development Conduct structured research on industries, competitors, market trends, and strategic topics. Prepare crisp summaries, recommendations, and intelligence reports for the CEO. Assist in building internal frameworks, checklists, or playbooks. Marketing & Communications Support Assist in drafting internal and external communications, presentations, and talking points. Work with design/marketing teams on small campaigns, content updates, or event coordination. Support CEO's LinkedIn or thought leadership posts when required. Project Coordination & Follow-Through Assist the CEO in driving cross-functional projects by maintaining trackers, timelines, and project documentation. Facilitate smooth coordination between teams, partners, and external vendors. Ensure deliverables are met with quality and within expected timelines. What Success Looks Like The CEO experiences greater clarity, efficiency, and bandwidth. Deliverables across the organisation move with momentum and discipline. Tech and AI tools become part of daily workflows. Research outputs meaningfully inform decisions. Communication and presentations are consistent, polished, and timely. Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years' experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, PMO, Operations Associate, or Communications Associate. Strong learning agility and comfort with new technologies (AI tools, dashboards, automation platforms). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively. High discretion, maturity, and professionalism when dealing with confidential matters. Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred. Skills & Attributes Tech-savvy and comfortable experimenting with productivity tools and AI applications. Research-oriented, able to synthesise information quickly. Strong ownership mindset — reliable, responsive, and solutions-driven. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Collaborative, confident, and able to interact with senior stakeholders.
