Job Title: IT Security Specialist

Overview of the Role

The organization seeks a skilled IT Security Engineer to oversee the implementation of large-scale security projects. As part of this role, you will handle post-sales activities related to products and solutions, provide technical assistance for high levels of customer satisfaction, and engage in on-site services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer technical support by leveraging existing knowledgebase resources to maintain high customer satisfaction levels and resolve known issues.
  • Handle post-sales activities of related products and solutions, implement large-scale projects, and manage 24/7 maintenance calls.
  • Provide on-site services including deployment, testing, and preparation of documentation.

Requirements

  • A minimum diploma in IT or Cybersecurity is required.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in IT network support and database administration.
  • Certified CCNA or CCSA is highly preferred.
