About the Role We are seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to provide end-user IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. Working Hours: Mon-Fri Working Location: West Salary Package: Up to $3500 (basic) + AWS Key Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard business applications. Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions via Active Directory / M365. Support network connectivity, printers, and AV equipment. Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and follow through to resolution. Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of support requests. Requirements NITEC and Diploma in IT or related field, with at least 1 year of desktop support experience. Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365. Familiar with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems. Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and endpoint security. Strong customer service and communication skills. Able to work independently and respond to onsite incidents promptly. Why Join Us?
