Responsibilities include:
Managing travel requests and arrangements
Supporting timesheets and expense claims
Managing company travel and transport vendors in liaison with the Office Manager
Providing ad-hoc admin support for new project setup
Liaising with external auditors and corporate secretaries
Managing SG office emails – backup support
Providing other administrative support as required
Business Generation / Bid or Proposal Support:
Supporting CV conversions and data maintenance
Handling BAU bids and fee extensions
Coordinating updates and completing case studies / maintaining project case study database
Maintaining tracker for completed and ongoing projects
Supporting case studies updating and database maintenance
Preparing fee letters for extensions
Managing business and company registration/renewals – PSPC, eBACS, SISV, EPPU
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
2-4 years of experience in business support within professional services or similar industries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Experience with proposal coordination and document control
Familiarity with client/vendor registration processes
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
