Description SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager Join to apply for the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager role at Verz Design. Responsibilities Lead the Verz SEO team to establish effective SEO plans and strategies aligned with business objectives to improve organic search results, search rankings, qualified traffic, and organic conversions. Be part of day‐to‐day execution and maintenance of SEO strategies, including keyword research, analysis, portfolio management, and opportunity analysis. Work closely with developers and the Sales team to communicate technical and campaign details to clients and implement initiatives underlying the SEO strategy. Maintain ongoing reporting of performance and evolution of the SEO strategy to achieve KPI's determined by the client and/or the Company. Set and execute strategies to improve organic rankings and search traffic. Execute onsite optimization related to page titles, URLs, redirects, internal link structures, SEO copy editing, sitemaps review/maintenance. Conduct keyword research to identify and discover new targeting keywords and explore content strategy. Monitor, track, and analyze ranking performance on an ongoing basis, and optimize SEO campaigns as necessary. Manage & report SEO performance and optimization efforts on an ongoing basis. Work with the team to develop and execute site migration, content, and redirect strategies for large and complex websites. Keep abreast of the latest SEO tools and techniques, communicate learnings, and coach SEO coordinators in a mentoring role. Perform competitive analysis and identify strategies both in on‐page and off‐page backlink to facilitate client SEO keyword ranking. Collaborate with different teams (website management, content, UI design, digital marketing) on the execution of projects. Provide SEO analysis and recommendations on the structure of websites and web pages. Support the Sales team in SEO pre‐sales pitch with prospecting clients to explain SEO campaign strategies. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of technical SEO experience working with clients in different industries. Excellent time management and communication skills required. Tactical/technical implementation experience in working with multiple complicated sites and migration of sites. Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console tools. Experience with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs. Experience setting up, optimizing, and creating internal site search strategy. Understanding of HTML and CSS. Experience creating strategy or resolving SEO issues. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
