The intern will work with operations team and services providers to carry out repairs, maintenance and improvement works to ensure the facilities and the mall's common areas are maintained in good working conditions. Job Description Attend to all enquiries, tenants’ feedback and shoppers’ feedback pertaining to defects Conduct routine inspections to plant rooms, amenities etc to ensure cleanliness Prompt response to emergency situations/incidents Plan and participate in preventive maintenance of building, equipment and systems Support operations team to ensure smooth operations of the mall and building defects rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruptions Support department in preparing reports, procurement administrative work such as sourcing for quotations, preparation of tender documents, stock take, etc Support with the coordination and inspection work for tenancy fitout process Learning Outcomes The intern will be able to apply facilities management concepts to the context of a mall and gain a good understanding of operations processes and how the systems are inspected and maintained by the services providers. The intern would also be involved in tenancy fit-out to understand how tenancy briefing and handing over of units to incoming / outgoing tenants are conducted. Key Qualifications A background in Facilities Management is preferred.
