UI/UX Designer – Futures Trading Platform
We're not just building another trading app - we're charting new territory. Role Overview
As our UI/UX Designer, you will take ownership of the entire design process - from blank‐page concepts to real‐world, high‐stakes trading experiences. You'll partner with product managers and product developers to create fast, intuitive, and trustworthy user flows that balance trader speed with regulated safeguards.
Key Responsibilities
User Experience (UX)
Lead concept‐to‐launch design for both mobile and web platforms.
Turn complex futures trading workflows into clear, actionable, and even delightful experiences.
Conduct user interviews to understand trader psychology and improve the platform iteratively.
Design an intuitive, low-friction onboarding process that educates, builds trust, and accelerates users from registration to their first successful trade.
User Interface (UI)
Build a design language system from scratch - your palette, typography, and visual hierarchy will define the platform's personality.
Create dashboards, order tickets, market views, and risk management interfaces that empower quick, confident decision‐making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years in UI/UX design, ideally in fintech, trading, or other high‐data environments.
Proven ability to ship products from early concept to live launch.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD
Understanding of futures or derivatives trading workflows a plus.
