Fico is inspired by Cucina Povera (a waste‐not, want‐not approach) and celebrates the simplest things in life, from humble ingredients to genuine, no‐frills hospitality. You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants—especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day‐to‐day service.
