Job Descriptions:
Responsibilities
First-level prospect conversion (leads to applications): To directly communicate with prospects to promote UG, via calls (inbound and outbound), emails, and SMS.
To build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects for the Deputy Director - Student Recruitment UG (SEA & East Asia) to convert to application and enrolment.
Knowledge of the Singapore-based students’ recruitment market would be an advantage.
Day-to-day support
To assist the Head of Student Recruitment on day-to-day activities, including Marketing-related, Events-related and Collaterals preparation.
To support and work closely with the Deputy Director - Student Recruitment UG (SEA & East Asia) in planning, executing and attending marketing events.
Along with the Deputy Director - Student Recruitment UG (SEA & East Asia), coordinate with the Creative team and Digital team in preparation of required collaterals such as brochures, banners, EDMs, flyers, videos, websites, landing pages, etc.
Admissions and other duties
To provide support in gathering and collecting all documents from the UG Singapore team.
To prepare reports and other related documents as required in relation to recruitment for TEQSA.
