Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Technical Department as a Technical Operations Director . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Maintenance Section within the department.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and a proven track record of driving environmental, health, and safety initiatives. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve high levels of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Maintenance Section within the Technical Department.
  • Oversee and drive the company's Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives.
  • Plan and manage all maintenance activities across the assigned facility.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance and update of technical drawings within the department.
  • Oversee electrical works carried out within the company.
  • Verify quality and safety of facility-related maintenance work.
  • Review Risk Assessments and FMEAs for maintenance operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as engineering or maintenance management.
  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
