Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Launch Specialist to lead the New Product Introduction lifecycle within our plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate product launches from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless integration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) to support efficient assembly operations.
- Ensure accurate data management in Shop Floor Control (SFC) and SAP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve packaging for racks and large-scale assemblies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving process optimization and efficiency.
- Provide hands-on support during production ramp-up phases, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP and Shop Floor Control (SFC) systems.
- Knowledge of assembly processes and product development.
