Support the review, development, and implementation of policies related to road and pedestrian safety.
Formulate and develop upstream strategies and framework to build a strong foundation for safety related planning, designs and to guide key engineering decisions, with the intent to further enhance our future road safety decisions.
Work closely with the relevant divisions to drive the formulation, refinement and execution of these policies, striving for results and proactive in overcoming challenges.
Collaborate with agencies to align operational policies and frameworks effectively, and to negotiate if necessary.
Stay ahead of emerging trends and drive forward-thinking initiatives to enhance organisational strategies and processes.

At least 2 years’ working experience in a related role, preferably in policy development.

Good communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects independently. A team player with a growth mindset, eager to explore and introduce innovative solutions.
