Senior/Executive Officer, Corporate Communications
Reporting to the Director of the Membership Department, the Executive Officer will be involved in implementing the Law Society's corporate communications and public relations strategies across various platforms. The successful candidate will engage external stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective presentation of the Law Society's corporate image.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support such as scheduling, electronic filing, and taking minutes.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and international events.
Prepare briefing notes and reports for meetings.
Assist in preparing simple budgets.
Support social media accounts by posting approved content, monitoring engagement, and preparing performance updates.
Conduct desk research as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Law, Journalism, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in communications or public relations.
Proactive, results-driven, creative, and self-motivated.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Team player and problem-solver.
Singaporeans and PRs only.
