Job Description
If you are interested in working on board our vessels as a Master, Deck Officer, or Engineer, but you can't find the right job opening, we invite you to send us an open application. Smit Lamnalco is always on the lookout for experienced crewmembers interested in joining our team.
Who are we looking for?
Experienced Masters, Chief Officers, and 2nd Officers with port, terminal, or offshore experience on board Tugs, AHTS, and MPV vessels with ASD and/or twin screw propulsion systems. We operate a fleet of both non-DP and DP vessels.
Experienced Chief Engineers, 2nd Engineers, and ETOs with offshore experience operating complex vessels with 4-stroke engines, ASD, and/or twin screw propulsion systems, with or without DP.
Proficiency in English is required, as it is the working language on all our vessels.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of previous rank experience on similar vessels and operations, along with valid STCW certificates, medical, and other certificates required for the rank position on board.
