Job Scope:
  • Responsible for overseeing resident care, including program development, hygiene maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
  • Manage resident interview records and feedback, ensuring adherence to procedures.
  • Coordinate outing events and participate in care planning.
  • Communicate with colleagues regarding duty handovers according to SOPs.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline or GCE 'A' Level holder.
  • Experience in Social Service sector or Healthcare is preferred.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift, weekends and Public Holidays, Mon to Sun (rotating shift 5 day a week).
Working Hours/Shifts:
  • AM shift: 8am to 5pm
  • PM shift: 10am to 7pm
  • Day Duty shift 7am to 7pm
  • Night Duty shift 7pm to 7am
