About The Role

OPERATIONS
- Able to work 3-rotating shifts (AM, PM and Night), including weekends
- Attend to the daily operations and ensures the smooth running of the Home
- Attending to incidents and generating incident reports
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the institution
- Ensure proper maintenance and safety of building and equipment
- Perform administrative work when required

CLIENT CARE
- Ensures clients’ basic needs i.e., food, medication, hygiene etc, are met
- Impart independent living skills i.e., showering, eating, personal grooming etc
- Participate in care planning and program planning
- Implement and review aforesaid care and program plans
- Promote clients’ participation in programs and rehabilitative activities
- Upkeep institution’s regulations
- Ensure safe management measures are complied with
