Overview
APEX Exchange is an innovative investment solution within Publicis Media, designed to create strategic opportunities for our clients through various models like inventory discounts and outcome-based buying. Singapore is one of four APEX hubs in Asia Pacific, alongside China, Australia, and India.
Description
The Technical Solutions Manager will serve as the technical backbone of our campaign operations, ensuring smooth activation, accurate measurement, and adherence to best practices across all programmatic and digital media buys. This role bridges strategy, media execution, and technology, supporting the full campaign lifecycle from activation to analysis, ensuring technical integrity, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support & Activation:
Provide technical support during campaign setup, ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, floodlights, and tagging, and collaborate with trading teams to troubleshoot in real-time.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
Act as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues such as delivery problems, tag mismatches, brand safety violations, and viewability issues, working with platform vendors and stakeholders.
Attribution & Measurement:
Ensure correct setup of tracking and conversions across platforms, support discrepancy reconciliation, and provide measurement strategy insights.
Best Practices & Quality Assurance:
Enforce compliance with SOPs and policies, conduct audits, and recommend improvements for campaign hygiene.
Innovation & Enablement:
Stay updated on platform features, share learnings, and support team training and development initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Media & Communications, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business, with relevant coursework or specialization.
3-5 years of experience in technical operations, ad tech, or digital media roles.
Proficiency with platforms such as DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads.
Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and data discrepancies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Bonus Points
Knowledge of SQL, Looker Studio, or Python for data troubleshooting and reporting.
Experience in media agency, ad tech vendor, or publisher support roles.
Understanding of server-to-server tracking and privacy-compliant measurement practices.
