Job Title: Infant Care Specialist - 0221
Location: Northeast Singapore, covering Punggol / Sengkang / Serangoon and Central areas including Harbourfront / Boon Keng / Dhoby Ghaut.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Infant Care Specialist to join our team. As an Infant Care Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring the learning progress of students, building good relationships with parents, staff, and students, and providing a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor learning progress of students
  • Build good rapport with parents, staff, and students
  • Provide a safe and secure environment for children
  • Guide and motivate Assistant Teachers/Classroom helpers in carrying out their tasks
  • Follow assigned work shift patterns
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a HCIC / ACEY qualification, with EY1 & EY2 qualifications being advantageous.

They should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
