Job Responsibilities Responsible for forwarding and receiving all information pertaining to the department Receive, record, and distribute various reports / information Prepare assignments for morning / evening room attendants Prepare Housekeepers daily reports Receive, record, and transmit guest requests accurately Enter accurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies Maintain and update administrative data Maintain monthly attendance records Coordinate and follow up with Engineering department on all maintenance requests Job Requirements Education & Certification Secondary education preferred Experience Minimum 1 year housekeeping operations experience Other Prerequisites Ability to communicate verbally and written effectively; convey information to team members and liaise with stakeholders on their needs and requirements Communicate effectively with both English and Mandarin‐speaking guests Give clear instructions over the phone Obtain and ensure appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed for work Relevant experience in hospitality environment Interact with all levels of Team Members Have an excellent customer service attitude Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
