Role Overview You will be the lead trader responsible for designing, executing, and continuously refining market‐making strategies for U.S. equities perpetual contracts across major crypto derivatives exchanges. You will bring deep expertise in U.S. stock microstructure, market drivers, and risk dynamics, and translate that into systematic and semi‐systematic trading approaches in the 24/7 crypto environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of market‐making and liquidity‐provision strategies for U.S. equities perps Define fair‐value models informed by equities fundamentals, order‐book dynamics, volatility patterns, and cross‐asset relationships Manage intraday position, PnL attribution, exposure limits, and risk Work closely with engineers to design execution logic, quoting engines, and risk checks Identify exchange‐specific behaviors, liquidity pockets, and latency opportunities Drive continuous improvement of pricing, hedging, and inventory‐management algorithms Participate in exchange selection, API, evaluation, and market‐microstructure assessment Requirements 8+ years trading U.S. equities or equity derivatives at a prop shop, market maker, or hedge fund Strong understanding of U.S. equity microstructure (Reg NMS, auctions, volatility halts, routing, spreads Experience working with systematic or semi‐systematic market‐making strategies Proficiency with Python or another scripting language (for analysis/ prototyping)Comfortable working alongside technical teams and contributing to model design Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to iterate quickly and operate in a small team Seniority Level Mid‐Senior level Employment Type Full‐time Job Function Other Industries Financial Services, Investment Banking, and Securities and Commodity Exchanges #J-18808-Ljbffr
