Safety and Risk Management Professional Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Risk Management Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting safety inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure that all site activities are conducted in accordance with MOM safety requirements.
  • Ensure that all workers comply with MOM requirements and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and submit monthly WSH reports, risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work statistics.
  • Supervise and complete documentation related to workplace safety, health, and environmental matters.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings and provide training on safety procedures.
  • Investigate accidents and update statistics accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Must have a certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Coordination.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the LTA-SMRT project.
  • Good knowledge of the WSH Act and other WSH-related legislation.
  • Must possess BCSS certification (Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course).
  • Able to lead and supervise a team of people.
  • Required to work night shifts as needed.
