About the Role We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Executive to join our International Brand Team, driving brand growth and consistency across global markets. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and regional partners to develop creative campaigns, analyze market trends and implement strategies that elevate our brand presence internationally, ensuring our identity remains cohesive, distinctive, and relevant across all markets. What You’ll Do Campaign Development: Propose ideas and support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and print platforms, contributing to strategy materials and presentations developed in collaboration with the design team. Content Creation: Develop engaging visual and written content that reflects our brand’s voice and values. Social Media Management: Assist in managing social platforms, maintaining a consistent tone and growing engagement. Influencer & Partnership Coordination: Work with influencers and partners to amplify brand visibility and reach. Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials align with our brand identity and messaging guidelines. Market Research: Monitor trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform creative direction. Performance Tracking: Review and interpret basic campaign data (reach, engagement, etc.) to optimize performance. Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of brand activations, trade shows, and product launches. What We’re Looking For Education & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field, with at least 3 years of marketing experience. Industry Exposure: Experience in FMCG or consumer brands is highly advantageous. Marketing Proficiency: Solid understanding of marketing strategies, social media, and both digital and traditional channels. Creative Skills: Skilled in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, with a good eye for visual storytelling. Basic video editing and copywriting abilities are a plus. Campaign Familiarity: Knowledge of influencer collaborations, brand activations, and event marketing. Analytical Thinking: Able to interpret simple performance data (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) to inform strategy. Adaptability: Responsive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Collaboration: Strong communication and coordination skills across regional teams and stakeholders. Mindset: A self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for pets, branding, and creative storytelling. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in FMCG, lifestyle, or pet-related brands is a plus. Familiarity with influencer collaborations or brand activation campaigns. Ability to analyze performance data to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.
