Enterprise Infrastructure Transformation Lead

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud solutions, with proven experience in leading IT infrastructure projects.

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide IT/OT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role requires strong technical expertise in servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) with proven leadership in IT infrastructure projects.

  • Design, deploy, and manage IT/OT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, and networking).
  • Define project deliverables, assign roles, and manage project schedules, risks, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with architects, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and performance optimization.
  • Conduct technical evaluation of infrastructure solutions, including cost/benefit analysis and vendor selection.
  • Ensure system availability, resilience, security, and compliance in all IT/OT solutions.
  • Manage and mentor technical engineers and infrastructure teams to deliver projects effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, experience in IT infrastructure and project management.
  • Hands-on expertise in system administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VMware), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of networking and security (firewalls, VPN, load balancers, routers, switches).
  • Familiar with monitoring tools (SolarWinds), data protection (Veritas), IAM (CyberArk), and vulnerability assessment (Nessus).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Microsoft, RedHat, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Dell EMC) are advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
