Job Summary:

Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Water & Wastewater treatment plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor process parameters and manage plant logistics to ensure efficient operation.
  • Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure plant equipment is well-maintained and reliable.
  • Optimize treatment plant performance through regular monitoring and analysis.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and report on plant performance.
  • Review and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and shift reports.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
