Job Title: Senior Legal Professional for Trade and Development
The company is a group that focuses on trading and distributing steel-related products. They also involve property development, such as service apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to business departments and traders on commercial agreements and contracts.
- Lead legal assistance on business development activities, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Assist with corporate secretarial matters, including company incorporation and registration.
- Draft, review, and evaluate internal policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in law (LLB) from a reputable university and admission to the Singapore bar.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in either a law firm or as a legal counsel, preferably in trading & distribution, property development, or construction related fields.
- Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, and knowledge of litigation.
