Minimum 2 years of project management experience; ELV experience is advantageous. Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome to apply. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project. Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills. Able to manage tight schedules and deadlines with minimal supervision. Knowledge and certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 are preferred. Familiarity with Singapore Government procurement processes is an added advantage. PMP certification is a plus. Demonstrates a positive attitude, critical thinking, innovative problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
