Senior Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant (Techno-Functional)Capgemini, a global business and technology transformation partner, seeks a Senior Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to deliver end‐to‐end Salesforce solutions. The role involves project delivery, stakeholder engagement, solution design, development, testing, training, and deployment. Responsibilities Lead and actively participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to deployment and post‐go‐live support. Track development progress, manage work assignments within the development team, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Proactively identify technical and delivery risks, propose mitigation strategies, and cascade issues appropriately. Build robust Salesforce solutions balancing configuration, custom development, integration, and data migration. Guide the team in creating test scripts, functional testing, UAT sessions, training curriculum, enablement, and data migration activities. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and review junior consultants' work. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce projects, or minimum 4 years with proven cross‐functional leadership. Minimally certified in Salesforce Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, Administrator. Experience with CI/CD tools, release management, integration, and data migration. Strong documentation, writing, communication, analytical, and problem‐solving skills.
