**About the scope**
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders on Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
- Lead solution design and feasibility assessments across one or more Salesforce Clouds (e.g. Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud)
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce architectures
- Identify when to use out-of-the-box features, when to configure, and when custom development is necessary
- Work with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, and integration specialists
- Ensure best practices are followed in platform design, security, and data management
- Understanding of Salesforce platform constraints.
- Assess feasibility and provide fit-gap analysis
- Lead technical discovery and translate into actionable architecture
**Skills & Experience Required**
- Min 3 years in Salesforce projects.
- Experience in architecting or delivering multi-cloud Salesforce solutions had a added advantages.
- Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect or System Architect.
