Event Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Planning Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about planning, coordinating, and executing impactful events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept to Execution: Plan and manage events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Vendor and Venue Management: Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of events.
  • Logistics and Budgeting: Prepare budgets, timelines, and logistics plans to meet client needs and expectations.
  • On-Site Execution: Lead on-site execution and ensure smooth operations, including managing vendors and staff.
  • Clients and Stakeholders: Liaise with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure events meet safety and compliance requirements, including obtaining necessary licenses and permits.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback and report on event outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event planning and execution.
  • Project Management: Strong project management and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Outdoor Events: Experience in managing outdoor events is a plus.
  • Flexibility: Able to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
  • Licenses: Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Events, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
