Job Overview

Maintain and improve business environments through the effective deployment of IT solutions, collaboration tools, and smart workplace technologies.

  • Coordinate project planning and execution with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Ensure timely communication with stakeholders, monitor project progress, and manage documentation using project management tools.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

Provide support for testing, deployment, and post-implementation review processes.

  • Organize training sessions or workshops for end-users on new workplace technologies.

Support compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and company policies.

  • Assist in identifying potential project risks or issues and escalating them to project leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

  • 2+ years experience in project coordination or management, preferably within IT or technology services.

Familiarity with workplace technology solutions such as collaboration platforms and device management.

  • Proficient in project management software and possess strong organizational skills.
