Required Skills and Qualifications

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and serving customers with a positive attitude and genuine smile
  • Taking and processing orders accurately using the POS system
  • Providing recommendations and answering customer queries about the menu
  • Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
  • Clearing tables, resetting seating areas, and managing table turnover during peak hours
  • Supporting the team with opening, closing, and shift change duties
  • Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Assisting with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager
