Responsibilities include:
Ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and repair works, including plumbing & sanitary systems, electrical fixtures, and Chiller Plant System.
Performing daily operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and simple repairs of mechanical & electrical installations within the shopping mall.
Ensuring workplace safety through supervision and safety compliance.
Attending to ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Monitoring work performed by contractors.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail mall, office, or hotel settings with knowledge of building services (M&E).
Nitec in Facility Management or relevant courses, preferably in mechanical or electrical services.
Basic MS Office skills.
Good understanding of maintenance procedures.
Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
