Key Roles and Responsibilities Perform daily routine inspection on critical facilities (Generator, Air Con, etc). Attend day to day work orders maintenance of the properties and maintain proper maintenance checklist. Respond to work orders within the stipulated timing. Supervision of Contractors during servicing. Handle minor rectifications that can be rectified internally. Troubleshoot power switches and light sets. Perform multiple repair and maintenance tasks. Assist in emergency drills and provide logistic support for any events held in the building. Need to perform shift works (including weekends and public holidays). Any other ad-hoc FM related duties. Qualification, Skills And Experience NITEC Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Facilities Management. Experience in IFM related field and Fresh Grads are welcome to apply. Possess good technical knowledge. Hands-on experience in Mechanical (ACMV) and Electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work. Able to commit flexible working hours, including weekends, shift work, and extended hours when necessary. Able to learn and adapt to the working environment displaying honesty. The candidate should be able to manage physically demanding works as the job requires physical strength. Effective communicator with a growth mindset. A Team player who is pro-active and is able to work independently.
