Through our dynamic B2B booking engine and collaboration with over 700 partners across ASEAN, we aim to be the preferred travel wholesaler in the region.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Singapore office.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Singapore and regional market to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support B2B growth.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent and professional representation of the brand across digital, print, and event channels.
Digital Marketing: Lead digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content creation, and paid ads) with performance tracking and ROI optimization.
Partnership Marketing: Build and manage partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and industry players in Singapore and across ASEAN.
Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of impactful marketing content (brochures, blogs, newsletters, web copy, and case studies).
Event Marketing & Coordination: Organize and represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events in Singapore and internationally.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on local and regional travel trends to provide strategic recommendations.
Lead Generation & CRM Management: Drive B2B lead acquisition and manage CRM tools for tracking and conversion analysis.
Advertising & Media Relations: Manage advertising initiatives and media engagement to increase exposure in Singapore and the region.
Budget & Campaign Performance: Manage and monitor marketing budgets, providing performance reports and recommendations.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with sales colleagues to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
Client & Partner Communication: Maintain regular communication with business partners, tailoring marketing support to their needs.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Singapore market trends, travel industry developments, and evolving digital tools.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Support additional marketing initiatives and strategic projects as required by Management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality, with strong B2B expertise.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO, SEM, CRM systems, analytics platforms, etc.).
Strong understanding of the Singapore and ASEAN travel markets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
