Channel Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and market share in the channel segment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel marketing and sales, with experience managing panel builder and contractor channels. They will possess excellent product knowledge of power products and home & distribution, as well as a working knowledge of low voltage electrical architecture.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Owns the development and execution of channel marketing strategies and programs
  • Defines market and channel characteristics using tools such as TAM, PAM, and SAM analysis
  • Identifies and targets current and/or potential customers using various tools and methods
  • Develops and implements complete segment plans to implement specific sales and marketing programs
  • Understands and applies global market strategy
  • Expands the customer portfolio with prospects, direct, and indirect customers
  • Determines the viability and profitability of potential opportunities
  • Applies customer qualification/platforming methodology to target customers, develop action plans, and align resources

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of channel marketing or sales experience
  • Proven experience supporting channel sales organizations and managing panel builder and contractor channels
  • Product knowledge of power products and home & distribution
  • Experience working with panel builders, distributors, retailers, and contractors
  • Prior working experience with MNC in a matrix organization
  • Proficient in low voltage electrical architecture preferred
  • Experience building and executing channel programs and execution plans
