In this role , you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding customer relationships, and driving revenue growth What You'll Be Doing Responsible for Singapore Water and HVAC sales targets and growth plan Independently develop the local Water/HVAC business strategy as the subject matter expert, and drive business growth through the successful implementation of that strategy Work with local and regional Danfoss stakeholders to develop targeted solutions to address customer needs Grow business with Water/HVAC projects with contractors, system integrators and partners (distributors), leveraging the support of regional and global Danfoss networks Grow partner business through development and implementation of business plans Mine new opportunities and develop win plans for pipelines Make adjustments to strategies to navigate surprise challenges and uncertainties Connect the dots with internal and external stakeholders in order to multiply efforts and develop win-win solutions What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechatronics engineering Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Performance driven - not afraid to suggest/take initiatives with team work Customer driven, and oriented with the priority on company success and profits Energetic and self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Fluent English and good communication skills What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
