Senior/Assistant Director, Development & Strategy (Mental Health & Psychiatric ILTC) at Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore). Lead the development and implementation of new strategies and care models to address emerging needs in community mental health and psychiatric ILTC sector.
Responsibilities
Drive strategic stakeholder engagement to strengthen the ecosystem, support policy review, and pilot national-level implementation
Lead literature review and horizon scanning to identify trends, gaps, and evolving needs
Develop and refine care models for people with mental health and psychiatric conditions and their caregivers
Oversee the planning and implementation of new delivery models in collaboration with stakeholders and industry players
Guide a clinical team to provide clinical inputs to ministries and agencies for policy review and service planning
Collaborate with MOH in service planning under the Community Mental Health Masterplan
Identify providers' learning needs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement capability building strategies
Review current care assessment tools and facilitate adoption of standardised tools for psychiatric ILTC services
Ensure fulfillment of relevant contractual agreements between MOH and AIC
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field; additional mental health qualifications preferred
At least 14 years of experience in healthcare or community care sectors, including at least 4 years in a managerial role
Prior mental health experience is advantageous
Skilled in programme implementation and evaluation
Experience in policy analysis, development, or contributing to policy reviews and recommendations
Adaptable, with strong learning agility in dynamic environments
Skilled in engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Innovative, with the ability to conceptualise and develop service models and programmes
Strong organisational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
