Loan Conversion Specialist Opportunity
Are you an ambitious and results-driven individual looking to launch your career in the financial services sector? We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Conversion Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our mortgage lending division, you will be responsible for assessing and reviewing existing housing loan accounts for conversion eligibility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess existing housing loan accounts to determine their suitability for conversion.
  • Prepare and submit detailed loan conversion cases to ensure timely credit approval.
  • Draft and verify customer loan conversion offer letters, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Monitor and follow up on approved conversions, resolving any issues that may arise during the process.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related role, preferably within consumer banking or a similar field.
  • An in-depth understanding of retail banking products, particularly in mortgage financing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with a strong aptitude for data handling and analysis.
