Mortgage Loan Conversion Specialist

Assess and review existing housing loan accounts for conversion eligibility, preparing and submitting loan conversion cases for credit approval.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess mortgage loan accounts to determine conversion eligibility.
  • Prepare and submit loan conversion cases for credit approval.
  • Draft and verify customer loan conversion offer letters.
  • Monitor and follow up on approved conversions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Solid understanding of retail banking products, particularly in mortgage financing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office tools, with an aptitude for data handling and analysis.
