Job Description Provide overall leadership and direction for assigned contract logistics operations, with full accountability for service delivery, people management, and financial performance. Lead day-to-day operations to ensure contractual requirements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded. Plan, organise, and optimise manpower, equipment, space, and systems to drive operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and optimal resource utilisation. Hold full profit and loss (P&L) accountability for assigned accounts, including budgeting, cost control, productivity improvement, and margin optimisation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality, and operational excellence across warehousing and distribution activities. Build, lead, and develop high-performing operations teams through effective workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management. Foster a strong performance-driven, safety-first, and compliance-focused culture across all operational teams. Manage senior customer relationships, including operational reviews, service recovery, issue resolution, and identification of service improvement or growth opportunities. Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, security, and regulatory requirements, and uphold company policies and standards. Collaborate across functions to drive successful contract implementation, change initiatives, and sustained operational excellence. Act as the key escalation point for operational, people, and customer matters, ensuring timely resolution with minimal business disruption. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 10–12 years of experience in contract logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations, with proven experience in a senior operations leadership role. Demonstrated P&L ownership with a strong track record in cost management, productivity improvement, and profitability. Strong hands-on experience managing large-scale warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate multi-level operational teams. Experience managing key customers and senior stakeholders, including service reviews and issue resolution. Solid understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance within logistics operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable operating in a hands-on, operations-driven role with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
