We are seeking top talent for an Architect role to strengthen our team. This is a strategic role focusing on Application Architecture for various digital channels and platforms. Make An Impact By Transforming business requirements into architecture and blueprints, proposing innovative solutions, updating existing solutions, negotiating options, and building technical and release roadmaps. Constructing solution architecture around Microservices and APIs, decomposing monolith applications into meaningful Microservices and APIs in a Cloud/DevOps environment. Collaborating with development teams and stakeholders, including product owners, senior executives, system integrators, and partners, to ensure design acceptance and implementation. Providing technological insights to achieve roadmaps and prioritization, staying updated with industry trends, and helping the business simplify complex problems and define MVPs. Skills For Success Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on scalable, high-performance internet-facing systems. Strong background as a Software Engineer/Architect in large-scale, highly available internet and mobile applications. Deep knowledge of cloud computing, microservices architecture, DevOps, Streaming architecture, Modern data architecture, Mobile and Web application architecture. Experience in API security, including OAuth2/OIDC, Tokens, mTLS. Experience with mission-critical internet applications focusing on scalability and performance. Passion for architecture and quick adaptation to technological advances. Leadership qualities, adaptability, market trend awareness, and respect within teams. Solid understanding of Public Cloud (preferably AWS); AWS certification is a plus. Experience with Java, Spring Boot, messaging technologies, and databases (Traditional and NoSQL).
