Roles & Responsibilities Job description Ebb & Flow Group is seeking a highly motivated, empathetic and detail-oriented Procurement Executive, oversee and manage procurement related matters and training administration for ground staff. We develop proprietary technologies for the F&B industry and also bring to market innovative, original and inspiring brands for our consumers to enjoy. As a Procurement Executive, you can expect to do the following: · Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies · Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms · Analyse and compare pricing proposals from several trusted suppliers before negotiating terms and prices to obtain the best deal for the company. · Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers · Monitoring contracts to ensure that the supplier meets expectations and invoices are approved and paid in a timely manner. · Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries · Logistic - handle shipping, receiving and distribution matters · Property administration - tag and track capital and controllable assets · Keep track of all goods and services ordered and received, and maintain accurate inventory records including details on price, performance, and delivery. · Manage all purchasing and inventory recording for all of our fnb outlets · Assist with outlet operation matters · Work closely with chefs and outlet managers on food and beverage costs.
