Technical Lead
What will you do?
Guide and support your team in resolving technical issues.
Actively participate in debugging and troubleshooting alongside your team when required.
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with upstream and downstream application teams, infrastructure, and cyber teams to address integration, design, and technical challenges.
Manage both internal and client stakeholders effectively.
Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and ensure timely completion of your own deliverables.
The ideal candidate should possess:
8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in development and deployment of JAVA technologies, including Java Applet, Struts 1, Hibernate, MyBatis, and Spring 5.
Experience working with databases such as Oracle Database and MS SQL.
Proven experience in migrating monolithic applications to microservices architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
Understanding of both Windows and Linux environments.
Hands-on experience with basic monitoring tools such as Splunk, Elastic, AppDynamics, etc.
Strong can-do attitude and ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
