Job Title:

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and assist with registration, ensuring seamless clinic operations.
  • Effectively manage patient records and billing procedures.
  • Coordinate appointments for follow-up treatment and vaccination schedules.
  • Provide exceptional support to doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and perform various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O' level, NITEC, or Higher Nitec qualification in any discipline.
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and basic IT proficiency are must-haves.
  • Commitment to full-time hours of up to 44 per week, including three night shifts.
