Support Administrative Professional
Join a dynamic team in the construction industry where you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR and administrative functions. Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with relevant authorities to manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and databases.
- Overseeing monthly payroll processing.
- Assisting in preparing weekly and monthly HR reports.
- Managing leave administration and tracking all leave applications.
- Providing support to foreign employees with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensuring the company's organizational chart and employee directory are up-to-date.
- Communicating effectively with insurance companies for staff insurance and claims.
- Performing other administrative tasks and projects as required.
- Handling various communications, including phone calls, emails, mail, and faxes.
- Developing and improving administrative systems to enhance efficiency.
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentation slides, and correspondences with different departments.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in Singapore in a related field.
- A diploma or professional degree in Human Resource / Management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong written and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- The ability to communicate in multiple languages is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
