Educational Background : Degree/ Diploma in business administration or marketing is preferred, alongside a strong foundation in marketing principles. Experience : Extensive experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in marketing positions. 3-4 years of marketing experience preferred. Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media platforms. Understanding in Security Technologies i.e CCTV systems, Biometrics card access, ANPR system, Auto-Gate and Barrier is a must. Experience in Marketing Video Analytics and Security technologies required Sales Experience of different Equipment and hardware like CCTV cameras, recorders, Controllers, and applications is an advantage. Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strategic thinking and an ability to make data-driven decisions. Deep understanding of current marketing trends and digital technologies. Excellent communication skills, both for internal leadership and external Client engagement. Proactive, organized, and customer-focused, with a creativity to match the solutions based on Clients Requirement Ability to assess the Client Requirement and advice the Tech team accordingly for the viable tech solutions. Job Scope: Assist in the development and execution of marketing Technics and Strategies To identify the Current need and potential customer for product, services and solutions that the company can provide. To reach out to Customers of any Level and to close deals with them promptly. Prepare marketing tools and materials to promote Technology solution sales Collaborate closely with the tech team members to ensure seamless implementation. Engage with potential customers in face-to-face interactions. Assist the Management in the planning and execution of marketing Methods across digital, social media, and email platforms. Ability to Create, edit, and produce high-quality marketing materials and video content for marketing purposes, including promotional videos, social media advertisement, etc. Conduct market research to provide insights on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences To market, CCTV, Security card access system, License plate recognition, Auto gate barrier system and many other relevant technologies. Responsible for planning, managing & executing marketing plans and activities with high standard of professional practices to meet company and business goals. Develop and maintain strong presence in the market with marketing strategies and effective plans. Perform lead generation activities, identifying and developing prospects, and creating / developing sales opportunities. Actively identifying and pursuing new customers, developing opportunities in existing customers, closing the sales and meeting sales targets. Perform sales activities in sales enquiries, qualify prospects, requirements, RFP/RFQ/tender, proposals, quotations, negotiations, partners/contractors sourcing and quotations, sales orders, job orders and sales project management, sales fulfilment and recognition. Develop strong sales opportunities pipeline in meeting the assigned sales targets. To provide after sales service and responsible for customer payment collection. Develop relationship with business partners, principals and distributors to expand the products and services. To liaise & maintain good relationship and regular communications with customers & prospects. Reporting to Management on sales and marketing activities / results / forecast. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for tech industry and a results-driven mindset. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience in selling Security System, Access, Biometrics, Intrusion Detection, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Video Analytics, IT/Network/Services and/or technology related products/services.
